The OHSW Type Water-soluble Gravure Ink is made of imported water-based resin, additives and high-grade pigments. It is a high gloss, water soluble and environmental-friendly ink.
The performance characteristics:
The product has bright color, high gloss, rapid drying, strong adhesion, low odor and good leveling of printed products; and has excellent wear resistance and water resistance, and clear printability and good characteristics. Especially suitable for gift packaging, candy packaging, tobacco and alcohol packaging and other paper packaging printing.

Imported or domestic coated paper
Gift paper, aluminized PET laminated paper
White cardboard with pre-coating
The use and scopes:
It is suitable for printing on imported or domestic gravure printing machines. The printing speed is 80 to 250 meters per minute as long as the diluent is properly matched, the ink can be completely dried.
The printing viscosity:
(White ink) printing viscosity: 11-13 seconds / 25 ° C No. 3 Chaen Cup
(Color ink) printing viscosity: 11-14 seconds / 25 ° C No. 3 Chaen Cup
The diluents:
It is recommended to use the special thinner for paper gravure produced by our company. (Type 1: Quick-drying, Type 2: Normal, Type 3: Standard, No. 4: Slow-drying) If the user can match the diluent, the following ratio can be used:

The notes:
1. When using ink, please do not mix with other brand inks to avoid insolubility;
2. When printing with overprint or reticulated version, the drying channel should be lengthened appropriately to increase the temperature and wind;
3. Shake the ink in the barrel before use to ensure quality consistency;
4. This product should be sealed and stored for one year.
