NW Type Alcohol-soluble Temperature-resistant Gravure Ink is a new type of gravure ink designed for packaging of sanitary articles such as paper towels, webs, handkerchiefs and food labels. It is made of imported temperature-resistant resin and non-toxic pigment (excluding heavy metals) without benzene and ketone solvents. Suitable for gravure or flexographic printing presses for printing plastic films such as PP, PE, OPS, PET, etc. without composite requirements.
The performance characteristics:
1. This product does not contain benzene and ketone solvents, and the printed matter has no odor;
2. High temperature resistance, heat sealing at 180 °C does not decolorize, does not migrate;
3. Due to the use of imported alcohol-soluble non-toxic resin and heavy metal-free pigments, the heavy metal index meets the US FDA and EU RoHS standards, so it can directly contact products with strict hygiene requirements;
4. This product does not return to stickiness, migration, and printability, and can achieve satisfactory results at lower viscosity printing.

It is mainly used for the printing of sanitary napkins, webs, handkerchiefs and other sanitary articles, as well as PET transparent twisted confectionery paper and OPS food decorative paper.

White ink is recommended to use fast-drying ratio, color ink is recommended to use standard solvent ratio
The notes:
1. Please do not mix with other alcohol-soluble inks from other manufacturers. This product is not suitable for composite packaging printing;
2. Because the product adopts two-liquid type 55 ° C curing method conjunctiva, so the printing machine white ink or primer ink oven temperature cannot be lower than 60 ° C;
3. When printing in the rainy season, please try to reduce the humidity of the environment or increase the temperature of the white ink oven. At the same time increase the amount of propylene glycol methyl ether. Do not use more than 10% of the alcohol solvent such as isopropyl alcohol in the diluent;
4. Since the plastic substrates used in each factory are different, the ink fastness of the plastic substrates used should be evaluated before printing;
5. If you want to use it for surface printing, you need to evaluate the gloss and then use it;
6. Some CPP and PE plastic films can obtain good adhesion after printing for 2 hours;
7. Shake the ink in the bucket before use to ensure quality consistency;
8. This product should be kept away from fire, sealed and stored for one year.
