EPI Type Alcohol-soluble PET-twisted-film Gravure Ink is a high quality alcohol-soluble gravure ink designed for table printing of various PET-twisted-films.
The performance characteristics:
1. This product has excellent printing suitability and is suitable for printing on various gravure printing machines;
2. The alcohol solubility is high, and ethanol can be appropriately added in the diluent;
3. The heavy metal index meets the US FDA and EU RoHS standards;
4. The printed matter has excellent anti-back tack and good light fastness;
5. Transparent products are bright, good transparent, low odor, suitable for food packaging.
The applicable substrates:
Table printing of PET-twisted-films and surface treated polyethylene, polypropylene plastic films and other materials.
The use and scopes:
1. Mainly used for candy packaging such as PET-twisted-films;
2. This product is not suitable for printing food packaging for high temperature cooking;
3. Not suitable for composite processing.
The printing viscosity:
Depending on the printing speed, viscosity is recommended.
Normal white: 12~15 seconds/25°C No. 3 Chaen Cup
Normal color: 13~17 seconds/25°C No. 3 Chaen Cup
Appropriate speed: 30 meters to 150 meters / minute
The diluents:
This product has a solvent ratio, and the user selects according to the conditions of the article.

1. In the printing process, the diluents should not be water or too much water-containing alcohol solvents and gasoline solvents;
