The PVCH Type Ester-soluble Heat-shrinkable-film Special Ink is a benzene-free and ketone-free gravure ink specially designed for PVC, PET and OPS heat shrinkable film printing.
The performance characteristics:
1. No benzene and no ketone, less harmful to the human body;
2. It has excellent heat resistance, friction resistance, chemical resistance, pressure resistance and viscosity;
3. Rapid drying speed, small solvent residue, low odor;
4. The solvent used in the ink does not cause the PVC film to erode or dissolve;
5. Clear outlets, good leveling, good printability.

Heat-shrinkable PVC, PET, OPS film
The use and scopes:
It is suitable for printing on heat-shrinkable PVC, PET and OPS films by imported or domestic gravure printing machines. The printing speed can be ideally printed within the range of 60-200 m/min.
The printing viscosity:
The printing viscosity depends on the printing speed.
Generally: white ink 11-14 seconds / 25 ° C No. 3 Chaen Cup (white ink: thinner = 1: 0.8 ~ 1)
Color ink 12-16 seconds / 25 °C No. 3 Chaen Cup (color ink: thinner = 1: 0.4 ~ 0.5)
The diluents:
Users are advised to use the special thinner produced by our company. If the user supplies the diluents, please use the following ratio:

No.4 Slow-drying: suitable for black ink and light mesh color dilution
The notes:
1. Since differences in the shrink film produced by different types or different manufacturers, please understand the characteristics of the materials first, and test the adhesion of the ink on different substrates, and then print after confirmation;
2. Please do not mix with other manufacturers of PVC ink;
3. When printing a special shallow screen, please use slow drying thinner;
4. When self-dispensing thinner, please check the quality of self-purchased solvent in advance to prevent the ink from deteriorating;
5. In order to prevent the adhesion of PVC shrink film after printing, please do not add ketone or benzene solvent;
6. Shake the ink in the bucket before use to ensure quality consistency;
7. The product should be kept away from fire, sealed and stored for one year.
